I know originally when this blog was started the plan was the following week to go out and get a bank owned property in San Marcos California to review however it seems like all of the bank owned properties in the city were listed by me which would not have been unbias therefore was unable to complete any.
Within the next 10 days I will go out there and pick a property listed by someone else within the city and do my full review.
