Why this blog?

On this blog we will evaluate different properties throughout the North County San Diego area of California. At least once a week we will bring you photos and descriptions of different properties that are on the market and tell our TRUE, PROFESSIONAL, UN-BIAS opinion of the property.

None of the properties we review will we personally benefit for putting on this blog and we intend to keep it that way.

If there is a particular property, neighborhood or city you would like to see on here, let us know and we will do our best to get that accomplished in the order the request is received.

Coming soon we will include an email list you can sign up for however until then keep checking back because the first property will be soon! (Give you a heads up, first property will be located in San Marcos, CA and will work West from there)
